From harvesters, excavator buckets and various other mobile machinery to fixed plant such as conveyors, chutes, crushing screens, vessels and pipe work. We assist commercial and industrial operators throughout Cairns and the Far North and specialise in emergent mobile repairs and maintenance working around the clock to get your gear up and running again with minimal delays.

“AK Metal Fabrications were engaged at Tully Sugar for the 2024 maintenance period between January and May working on two projects, namely Pan #1 bottom cone & pipework modification and Pan #3 Re-tube. The projects were both completed on time and within budget. Along the way, AK MF workers and supervisors identified other areas of concern within these pans for repair and completed these extra repair works with no extension to the project schedule.
